NSCSS Extends Gratitude to Platinum Sponsor Seaspan Ahead of 8th Annual Gala of Grace
“Seaspan recognizes the importance of leading community organizations that provide crucial services to our most vulnerable families and residents of the North Shore. That is why we are so proud to support the NSCSS, and the work of their dedicated team as they provide assistance to women and children escaping domestic violence.”
North Vancouver, B.C. – North Shore Crisis Services Society (NSCSS) is proud to recognize Seaspan as the Platinum Sponsor of the upcoming Gala of Grace, to be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the historic Pipe Shop in North Vancouver.
Since 2016, the Gala of Grace has served as both a celebration and a call to action—bringing community members together in support of women and children fleeing domestic violence. With the generous support of sponsors like Seaspan, the event continues to grow, raising critical funds to sustain safe housing, trauma-informed services, and a pathway to stability for families in crisis.
“Seaspan recognizes the importance of leading community organizations that provide crucial services to our most vulnerable families and residents of the North Shore,” says Adrien Byrne, Manager, Stakeholder & Community Relations. “That is why we are so proud to support the NSCSS, and the work of their dedicated team as they provide assistance to women and children escaping domestic violence. The Gala of Grace brings together influential women and their allies from across the North Shore, and Seaspan is excited to sponsor and attend this signature community event.”
“Their commitment to fostering safe, healthy, and inclusive communities speaks to the very heart of this event,” says Sandra Lee, Manager of Communications and Development at NSCSS. “Seaspan’s support extends beyond the Gala of Grace. As a founding partner of the North Shore Waterfront Gala, they’ve played a key role in an initiative that has granted more than $150,000 to NSCSS since 2023. Their continued generosity—through this partnership and thoughtful seasonal giving—reflects a genuine and enduring commitment to the women and families we serve. We’re deeply grateful.”
As the Gala of Grace draws near, NSCSS looks forward to coming together with cherished partners like Seaspan and recognizing the collective effort behind positive change.
