Join us for this free 5-month series (in Farsi) created to support women navigating life’s challenges with strength and clarity. Through guided conversations and practical tools, you’ll build confidence, calm your inner critic, and nurture resilience.
Sessions are confidential and take place every other Tuesday. Women are welcome to join any and all sessions of interest.

FounderAzar Ziamanesh ibrings over 23 years of experience supporting families, couples, and individuals. She provides thoughtful, efficient counselling in both individual and group settings, creating a supportive space for clients to feel understood and empowered.
Drawing on behavioural, reality, person-centred, and cognitive approaches, Azar tailors each session to the unique needs of those she works with.

Clinical and Couple Counselor
Dr. Yeganehfarzand is a dedicated clinical counsellor with nearly 13 years of experience, specializing in individual and couple therapy. He provides personalized support to help clients navigate challenges and strengthen their relationships. Drawing on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Imago Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, he tailors each session to meet the unique needs of those he works with.
