This cabin retreat features 2 houses: The Lake Villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 1 recreation room; plus the Guest Villa with 3 bedrooms - each with 1 full kitchen. About the Gala
The Gala of Grace is a charitable event that attracts 300+ key female figures (and their allies) from our vibrant North Shore community.
Year after year, the Gala has helped us reach critical milestones for our clients, especially in our supportive housing and outreach programs. In 2020, after tickets sold out in less than 2 hours, proceeds from the event helped us to finally open Janet’s Place, our third and newest Second Stage Housing Program that offers longer-term supportive housing for 2 families at a time (typically for 1 year). Here, families have more time and space to safely access support and continue to heal after their short-term stay at a transition house (typically for 30 days).
With our 7th Annual Gala, we hope to continue raising funds to strengthen our essential programs, plan our future with confidence, and support more women and children overcoming abuse - in addition to raising community awareness through attendance, media support, and social media engagement. Your generosity will reach our clients in the form of a pathway out of violence. We hope you’ll join us in forging a future that’s free of abuse for everyone.
