HOPE's Place Second Stage Program (HPSS)

HOPE's Place Second Stage Program provides accommodation and ongoing support for up to eighteen months for women and women and their children who are referred through SAGE Transition House and who have been living at SAGE or another transition house for thirty days. 

The program is designed to provide transitional support for women and their children so they are able to successfully transition to independent lives free of abuse and violence.
