North Shore Crisis Services Society receives core operating funding from the Ministry of Housing and Social Development for SAGE Transition House, Multicultural Outreach, Outreach Services, Bowen Home Safe and Adolescent & Children's Empowerment Program, but relies heavily on the members of our community for additional financial support.

 

Monetary donations are needed now to help fund Society programs which do not have secure funding, and to help pay for day-to-day and emergency items that women cannot otherwise afford, including medical supplies (such as epi-pens), school supplies, bus tickets, grocery gift ceritficates, prescription eye glasses, and other necessities which most of us could not imagine going without.
